You can file a police case against him on false pretext of marriage, if there is a physical relationship than he will be booked under multiple sections of law, either he has to face jail time or he may marry you, it depends on you how far you want to go in legal battle, one thing is guaranteed your partner has to face a lot of legal trouble for this.

Well, you can file either a Breach of Promise Case in the concerned City Civil Court or Rape Case in a Criminal Court, apart from this, no other legal solutions are available for you. It may happen that if you file these cases, opposite side's Advocate can approach you on behalf of his or her client to settle the case with you.
