Complaint against brother for forcing mother to transfer property.

Sir, we are 4 daughters and 1 son for my parents. My father passed away 2 yrs back and not done any will. Now my brother is harassing my mother and threatened to kill her by injecting(he is a doctor) to make all the property in his name. So my mother came out of the house saving her life and is presently staying in daughters home. Sir plz suggest some solution to sort out this matter. As nobody is willing to give complaint on him just for my mother's safety in future.

madam if you are bold then only it will work , you don't want to take any steps, against your brother no one can help be bold and consult laweyer --------------------------------------------------------------

Your mother can give complaint against him for giving threat against her life and claim securety for her life. After the death of father mother and every children has got right over the property only mother can't transfer the right to one son. Every children will get right after death of father
