Claim against brother for not giving my share in mother's property

My mother written a will and I am married but my brother is delaying to give my share and telling me to wait until my sisters marriage.
Hi if your name is in the will and you are having share you can send notice to your brother and ask for your right. If he still don't reply than you have the right to make application before civil court for your part of share share.

u are entitled for your right,you have to submit simple application with S.D.M or Tehsildar i.e. one in your town one thing also note that as per Act both son and daughter is equally have right on the parental property.I would like to suggest you to please contact your Patwari or concrned Corporation or Committee

you may file application for probate before Court, This will help you to get your right from will. The court will pass order with respect to executant appointment and handing over the property enterested in will. You have every right to claim right invovled with respect to will.
