Child custody case against me hy his jurisdiction nabha not my jurisdi

name is Sourab Jain, we live in Sangrur. I have a sister who was married in Nabha, she died due to illness in July 2024. She has a 6 years old son, I brought him to my place in February 2024 (the day my sister fell ill and went into coma), he studies in Sangrur itself. Her husband never came to the hospital nor came to the funeral. Now he has filed a case of custody of the child against me in his city Nabha. My question is whether his case comes under juridical jurisdiction nabha ya sangrur.
the case can be filed either in sangrur or nabha ,as last residing of wife is nabha and issue (child) is in nabha .but in case u want to transfer it to sangrur u may plead before court for benefit of child (studies or care )for more contact me on Google or Facebook.
