yes it is valid only if other regular processes fails and other party shows that the one avoiding services is intensionally and deliberately avoiding it .so court goes the alternative of electronic means as newly provided in sec 531

Q: Help regarding exparty divorce

Hi I am a hindu women from Amritsar who got married in 2015 with a guy in Merrut. I got separated within a year with my husband. However no legal Divorce happened. Now I have come to know my ex husband got ex party divorce in Merrut and got married also. I came to know because now his new wife is getting divorced. What are my options? My things are still there? I want my jewelry and car back.

U can set aside exparte decree buy reopening the petition that service was not made and ur husband in collusion of other staff committed fraud on court .and also u can get your stuff back as it's istridhan and u have an exclusive ownership

Q: Suspend sentence in 307 high court Punjab

Hi, My father has been convicted of 307 , 5 years imprisonment by trial court.We appealed based on the CCTV which clearly shows my father was in Jaipur. (Trial court ignored it based on 65b, which police didn't provide) Also my father was called in 319, after FR by police exonorated him. Now judge in high court dismissed suspension based on injury attributed to him, other 5 convicted got the bail today.What can I do

first u should apply for appeal against conviction and after 60 days apply for regular bail and then if your evidence are substantive then ask ur lawyer to apply section 94 of bnss for production of such footage and then if owner or whoever managed that CCTV ask him to provide certificate in court or be a witness to it .any further details contact me on Facebook

Q: Child custody case against me hy his jurisdiction nabha not my jurisdi

name is Sourab Jain, we live in Sangrur. I have a sister who was married in Nabha, she died due to illness in July 2024. She has a 6 years old son, I brought him to my place in February 2024 (the day my sister fell ill and went into coma), he studies in Sangrur itself. Her husband never came to the hospital nor came to the funeral. Now he has filed a case of custody of the child against me in his city Nabha. My question is whether his case comes under juridical jurisdiction nabha ya sangrur.

the case can be filed either in sangrur or nabha ,as last residing of wife is nabha and issue (child) is in nabha .but in case u want to transfer it to sangrur u may plead before court for benefit of child (studies or care )for more contact me on Google or Facebook.
