Change in Family Name for foreigners under Dubai law

Dear Sir, Dear Madam, My 31 year old son does not bear my family name and would like to investigate whether a change of name under UAE law would be possible. I am Swiss citizen, my son is Liechtenstein citizen. We both live in Dubai. May I kindly ask you whether a change of name for foreigners under Dubai law is permissible and – if yes - provide us with a quote for such a name change? Thank you.
