Can wife file a DV case within 8 months of marriage ?

She is epilepsy patient this fact hidden from me. she is BHMS doctor. she always threaten me regarding suicide. 2 times I have already complaint against her near police station right now separate from last 8 month. she always deny sex. i have summit divorce file on 27-10-2017

Dear client, as epilepsy is not treated as the ground for your divorce, as epilepsy is a brain-related disease which is not contagious skin or viral disease like H.I.V.are included only for the grounds of divorce but the refusal of sexual rights is a reason for divorce as per section 9 of Hindu marriage act.
