Can we get Marriage certificate with temporary address

Dear sir/mam
Actually we belongs to andhra pradesh but we married in mumbai bandra court, we have only temporary address , Can i give my central Government appointment leter as my address proof for marriage certificate. Or can we get marriage certificate with temporary address. We cant change our adhar card because we will get transfer in 1 year to andhra pradesh. Please help me. I need my marriage certificate. I have to submit it in my office.

you are married in court so show that to ragistrar office they will ragistered your marrage with that court order if they are not redy to ragister your marrage then make an affidavit saying that you are married with marrige detials and temprory address then also if ragister office is not redy then mak an application in court for ragistration of marrige
