Can two adults live together without parents permission

The girl I love has a very bad family and she doesnt want to stay at her home anymore. My parents have agreed for her to join our family anytime she wants. She is 19 years old and i am 20 years old. What would be the problems we might have to face if she joins our family leaving her family behind without their permission. And what steps we might have to take to avoid those problems. What problems might we have to go through if her parents register a complaint against us to the police?
there is no problem you can keep your lover with you. the girl parents may give police complaint on you, but when girl say she is major and as come and staying with you on her own. then there will be no problem.
