Can the property i gifted to grandson be claimed by daughter/son

I gifted my ancestral commercial property to my daughter's son with proper gift deed. this ancestral property was divided by court and i got this property. Can my son or daughter will challenged this gift deed?

Yes sir your son or daughter can challan he the gift deed vide a civil suit. Because they have an equal right over the propert, the property being an ancestral property and they being your class 1 heirs.

If you have sold this property after getting it partitioned and in your own share then certainly it is not liable to be challenged, however, as per your query, since it was ancestral property and after the birth of your children, their right has also accrued being co-parcener in the property, they can challenge qua their share in the same but if the gift deed is prior to their birth, then they have no right in it.
