Can the family court send warrants to witnesses

I'm involved in a maintained case with my father I wanted to know that when the evidence is being done we give a list of summon of witnesses, if the witnesses summoned don't come will the judge a family court judge issue a warrant on the witnesses

Dear client based on your question, after issuing summons if the witness does not appear before the court, then such witness is liable under section 174 of IPC(currently section 208 of BNS). hope this answer help you. for further discussion feel free to contact us.
