Can the daughter of 1st wife complaint against the second wife?

Father married a lady who was working at home for more than 7 years. Despite knowing the fact that my father is married , she married him. Now, can I complaint against her for cheating us by behaving good and genuine. Now, she has a daughter born. As a child of the legal wife, can I complaint against her?

without cooperation/consent of your father, the 2nd marriage was not possible. Hence your mother can lodge a complaint against your father and 2nd wife for bigamy which is punishable under Indian penal code. but the child born out of 2nd wedlock can be a legitimate legal heir of your father. whatever the rights accrued by you from your father can also been applicable for that daughter also.
