As for as ur case is concern I think the partition had taken place. Therefore, she cannot claim the right in the share allotted to you. she may file any suit for partition by claiming her right in the ancestral property. Before considering that, the point have to be decided that whether the property in question is an ancestral property or your father's absolute property?. In case, if your after inherited the property from your grandfather before your birth then it has to be treated as his absolute property. Once it is become an absolute property, you cannot called that ancestral property. In your case I need some clarification 1. What is the dated the property in question have been llotted to you, 2 . On which mode the property was allotted to you viz. Settlement deed or partition deed or will or gift. 3.

HELLO,

Ancestral property is different from father's self earned one. Your sister has got every right in asking for a share in the ancestral property, whether the property given by your father is low value or high value is immaterial . For further clarification pl. call me.
