Can my sister marry another guy without divorcing previous husband

my sister livees separately from husband since 10 years,if she want to married with another person can she need divorce or not.

The years of seperation doesn't give someone right to marry with some other person. Only court has right to decide whether u r entitle to get married with someone when ur status is married. So obtain a divorce first.

Dear She she definitely needs to get a decree (court order) of divorce from the family court. If she gets married without a decree of divorce, she will be liable to face criminal prosecution for the charges of Bigamy. For further information kindly visit my Bombay/Pune office.

DIVORCE DEGREE FROM FAMILY COURT IS NEEDED. REMARRYING WITHOUT GETTING A OFFICIAL DEGREE OF DIVORCE IS A PUNISHABLE OFFENCE UNDER LAW. OBTAINING A DIVORCE DEGREE IS MUST AND THE SAME CAN BE OBTAINED ONLY FORM FAMILY COURT.
