can my parents sell their business without my consent?

My parents are running a business since 1989, since I married against their wishes now they are threatening me to sell the business without giving me my share. Is it possible for them to do so without my consent. Need help
Yes, if you have no stake in the business the same can be sold by them without your consent. However, if you do have a stake, for instance, if it is registered in the name of an HUF of which you are part, then only can you challenge the sale.
