can my kid get property of his father even though am not married

does my child is eligible to get his father property as he is born with the illegal affair. and can my child stay with his father legally? and his father not bearing any expenses of my child can i ask for that .

yes he can but you need to first establish that he is his father a birth certificate will be suffice for that if it is accompanied with bonafide or any other school certificate it will be good you will also be needing schedule of the property
