Can muslim woman quash the proceedings of talaq I'f not going as per the procedure. Like no arbitration done by husband

There is no quashing in Civil cases or Divorce cases. Therefore no muslim wowed can go for any such quashing or otherwise. There are umpteen things which need to be evaluated in such cases …related to Sunni or Shia sects ..registration of marriage, following sharia law n s lot more ! Little knowledge is of no use ! Talk to expert
