can i take legal separation from my parents?

i am 30 year old single women and well educated i started my working career in 2019 from a bank till than i am complete all my expands by my own self there is no financial help from my parents side ..there was some crises arise in my life which has been sorted ...due to that my parents restrict my life i am getting suffocating because of this also they are not allowing me for working also not help me financially i want to work i want to live freely just need some advice legal

Since you are already a major and as told by you that you have struggled a lot so now it's time to leave all the person who caused tension behind. As far as your parents are concerned you can always send them a legal notice regarding your decision of living freely without any interference from anyone. certainly you are an adult and can live on your own will and if your parents are not allowing you can take legal action against them but it is highly recommended to take them into confidence you have not mentioned their age but they too can refuse to give you share in property and ask for maintenance from you

Legally you can stay independent anywhere there is no restrictions. Your patents can legally ask for Maintenence from you via court ! You need to hire an expert advocate in this regard to understand the legalities! B in touch
