Can I take legal action if father in law throws us out of his house.

Hi i am married since 2 years..... My in laws wants to through my husband from my in laws home... We do not want any share in property just i want that they will not through us out from home.. I want to ask does they can do so legally if even my husband and me even never musbehaved with them.. Does my husband or me have any legal right so that we can stay here. We are married as per hindy act
If you are seeking advice on how to punish your father in law, you don't have any cause of action for that and I guess no other girls will give statement on the regard. And you don't have any cause if action/reason to file complaint against him, as he actually never made sexual advances towards you and you are eonly speculating it.

if your in laws have thier self owned separate property then you can not claim the property but if its a ancestral property then you can claim from the property
