Can I sue my family members for getting possession of my property back

In Mumbai Kandivali East we have one room in chewl, some family issues we are shifted in vasai last 12 years , now we are want my property , we are not any proper answer , last 12 years they will use my property, now they will totally abused this matter, at the purchase time this plot my father names also mentioned with this agreement but I have no any documents prof. Pls suggest

Dear Client, Kindly confim wether this is pagdi system room. If same is the same then you have veryless chance tto regain it. From the narration given by you, if any sale agreement is executed and registered, then you will have to take our Property Title Verification through advocate/ law firm. You are not given who usually utilize your property. If other than your family members use to utilize your property than your case is lose, you can take chances to repossess you property by filing civil suit.
