Can I stop my father from marrying again after my mothers death

Hi, My name is md.afroz alam and my age is 29 years and i am bachelor.My mother has been expired 6 years ago and my father is not taking responsibility of my marriage because of my father want to marriage. My question is there is any way to stop him by law.Please help me. i am leaving in delhi and my father is living in bihar and when i will go to bihar,they will attack on me.My question is that can i drop a protect letter in delhi court? Please advice me.
There is no law where you can stop your father from remarrying. If you are threatened to visit your parental home you may seek protection from the police and also claim your share of inherited / ancestral property.

Being a human I hate this type of marriage. Now come to the point, your father has legally right to marry after your mother's death. you can not stop. However before marriage for your better life ( better life means property) you should contact to lawyer.

No sorry my friend you cannot stop your father from marrying again although if you have a fear of any attack when you go to bihar then in that case you can file a complaint in the concerned PS in delhi before going to bihar narrating the fact that your life is in danger and in case of any attack the said persons shall be responsible for the same
