Matrimonial : Am Hindu from hyderabad can i marry my maternal grandmother (nani from tamilnadu)-sister ( nani ki behen Delhi (grandmothers sister)-daughters (mausi)- daughter (becomes my cousin) ? she born an raised in delhi family, and am born and raised in tamilnadu ? (tamilnadu) my maternal grandmothers- sister's- daughter's- daughter (delhi) my grandmothers elder sister has been married a delhite long before ...

She might be your cousin, but she must be from a different Gothra all togather as she is from your maternal grand mother's side.

Since she is a relative from your maternal grand mother side and probably she will be from an all together different Gothra, she might not be in prohibited degrees of relationship.
So you can go ahead.
