Can i marry my cousin maternal uncle's (i.e., my cousin mama) daughter. We both belong to hindu religion and are from general category we both love each other so can we legally marry each other, is there any restriction.
Hello,
No, you cannot because as per Hindu Marriage Act, such relation is regarded in degree of prohibited relationship. Please research on web to know more. As per Indian law you cannot marry within your family or close relative. In this case she is your sister.
