Can i live separately from my husband in another city

i am 26 yr girl. i married a man whom i dont like and dont want to live wid him..i cant bear to be with him can i live separate in another city without divorce.wht shd i do .. he is not ready for divorce. only 1 month has happen we married.. i dont want to live wid him. plz give me solution.i m hindu and i did marriage under my family pressure
Yes you can live not a issue but also you can't apply for divorce within one month of marriage as per law. Divorce can be applied after one year of marriage that too in mutual consent too without litigation.

The entire divorce proceedings and the law regulating it depends upon the religion of the husband and wife. Since the marriage and divorce is governed by the personal laws in India, the solution will depend upon it.
If you are a Hindu, you will have to wait for a period of at least one year before you can take any action legally. Also, I would suggest don't get married unless you get divorced from the first marriage. It is an offence to marry when you have one legal marriage already subsisting.
