Can I legally marry the daughter of the brother of my father

I want to marry my dad's brother's daughter,we are in love for four years,we are physically nd mentally together, living like husband and wife for two years,we can't live without each other,how to marry her?plz I want to marry her anyhow! We both parents came to know they are not accepting.but I need her

You both fall within the degree of prohibited relationship and are sapindas of each other. So your marriage would be barred by the conditions mentioned in section 5 HMA for a valid marriage. As per Hindu law, two parties can marry only if they are not related by five ancestors from father's side and three ancestors from mother's side.
