my wife left home after i beaten her . we have no phone connection . her & her parents told me dont come to my house
You did mistake. She wants a good and caring husband. She wants happy life rather than beating husband. If You are having daughter/Sister then how you will react to the situation. They are very good people ,they not given police complaint . So act quickly...tell them apology and bring your wife back and live happily. If you need any further counselling you can contact me.
Dear Sir,
If you want to live with your wife again, send a legal notice to your wife through a lawyer asking your wife to come back to you along with your children and resume matrimonial life. If your wife comes back to you along with your children good or else, file a petition for Restitution of Conjugal Rights (RCR) in the family court of jurisdiction (where your marriage was solemnized or where you both have last resided together). This petition is to be filed for requesting the court to direct your wife to join you along with your children. Also, as part of the main petition, file an interim application for visitation rights to visit your children till the disposal of the RCR proceedings. The court may grant you the visitation rights of the children.
