Can i get marriage certificate within 2 weeks as i lives in abroad

I live abroad - My fiancé lives in Hyderabad - we want to get married and so that we can apply for her visa etc - Since I am living abroad - I will not get leaves to come to India twice within a span of 30 days - however - I can come to india on leave for maxium period of 2 weeks - is there a way to get the marriage certificate within 2 weeks during my stay in India? Also, I want my fiancé birth certificate to be legalized - what is the process for that and how much time will it take? I would appreciate if you also quote the total charges.?
