can I get child custody after the divorce, I am railway servant and husband is architectural model maker (small cause business)
dear client custody of a child generally depends on the age of the child if the child is 1/2 years old then , mothers need is essential in that case custody mostly given to mother but above five years father taken into consideration.but as you in govt.permanent service hence probably given to you but your advocate must be strong enough to prove it.if you need any further help do not hesitate for contact, if you like my advice please rate me.
