Can I file case against bf who kept physical relation and cheated

Isn't it my right to fight against a boy who kept physical relation with me for 3 years on context of marrying me but at the end cheated on me? Is there any IPC which can put the boy behind bars if he is not ready to marry me? If yes, who can help me to do this?

You can file A police complaint, but from your contention it seems that there was no forceful sex, but it was consensual physical relationship so its not amount to rape as per some judicial opinion. Better you discuss your case with your lawyer to reach a logical conclusion.

Yes their is provisions under the IPC to put your bf behind the bar . But if you prove the marriage was solemnised between you both then it is more beneficial to you. Contact with advocate who will find out the way . Further y will file case under dv act for maintenance

You may file a FIR in nearest Police station.IPC has provisions to punish such criminals.May be police may ask you for medical examination.However persue the case with local Police they will help you or a compromise can be arrived with the marriage.

dear madam anybody that boy had sexual relation with you but dont want to narry with you its called sexual harashment you can take legal action against him first ask him he wants to marry to you ir not if he bregise then go to local ps file an fir against for sexiual harashment
