Can I file any case against my brother in law's wife for provoke to my husband to break our marriage relationship?

my understanding dictates that since breaking of marital ties is not an offense per se hence any abatement or provocation to do so as a natural corollary cannot be said to an offense and hence no criminal case can be instituted in this regard. however depending on the nature of provocation other offense if made out that would be fact specific. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta.

dear client, you have no legal remedy regarding your matrimonial relationship against a third person on the basis of just showing provocation.. but there are other remedies against your husband and other relatives... for further clarification contact me...
