I had applied for court marriage..Can I do court marriage after expired date.. should I apply again for court marriage
If a court marriage notice expires, a new notice must be filed. According to the Special Marriage Act, when a marriage is not solemnized within three calendar months from the original notice date, the initial notice and all related proceedings are deemed to have lapsed.

Once ur marriage application cut of date is expired. No yuohave not performed your marriage without the permission of appellate authority. So, it is very easy to apply the marriage again before the marriage officer of your jurisdictionand perform ur marriage.
