Can I change my religion and have a second marriage

Search i m a hindu.i m married from last 10 year...now i m in love with a hindu girl..she is also married from 10 year...now we want to married..can we adopt islam & got married. ...we r both govt employ as a contrac base
NO, switching religion only for marriage purpose is abide by law, there are other routes if you are in love which obviously i cannot advise you on this platform. All i have for you is that according to Hindu law second marriage is illegal you can be charged for bigamy from your wife and adulteration from your girlfriends'husband.
