Can I challenge a registered will in the court of law

mon deceased dad. Dad was gifted part of a vacant land by his mother.He had 3 children 2 r a settled abroad. one with him same building but in a lower floor Dad died recently.Elder son has now produced a will registered 5 years back being full benefecary with his family. reasons for exclusion read as well settled Can the other 2 children challenge the will

We can question the validity of the will. If found valid. If No fraud has been played then the registered will holds good. How ever you can object, during probate proceedings filed by the elder son.

Yes you can challenge the will but there must be reason and ground to challenge the will. If your Father had executed will at the time of his illness or no sound of mind. On this ground also, you can challenge it. If no grounds made out, you can nor challenge it before the court.
