Can I be in live-relationship with another girl with wife' permission

Req. Sir / ma'am My name is Chaitanya I am 32 yrs old I am a married person I have 3 child but now I want to sign living relationship with unmarried girl. My wife know everything and she granted permission. How I do ? What is the procedures?
Dear client as you are already married to a woman,you have
three children what are the circumstances under which
you are going to take this decision, But in ordinary conditions
is the illegal, though your wife permits you,which as per section 493
of Indian penal code which states that cohabitation caused by a man deceitfully inducing a belief of lawful marriage Every man who by deceit causes any woman who is not lawfully married to him to believe that she is lawfully married to him and to cohabit shall be
punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years and also liable to fine,
