Can I apply for maintenance of my unborn baby

Iam married, it's been for 18 months now, and iam 6 month pregnant, I am facing lot of harassment from husband and his family. I am having tuff time to stay with them. Can I stay seperatly and ask for maintenance for my baby?
Yes. Since there is harrassment from husband you can file a complaint under Protection of women from domestic violence act and claim maintenance for you and baby including seperate residence for you. etc
