Can i apply conjugal rights if husband is not living with me

I got married at marchneeds.we are hindhus.From that day husband and inlaws torture me mentally physically for dowry and pregnancy.my persnol life is not good but in laws torture me for pregnancy.they leave me alone from 2 months and spread rumours about my charcter to cover their mistake.i file case on them 498a.at police station they gave me divorce notice.they applied before month without knowing me.he didnt respond to counceling.he didnt came home from 2 mnths.they didnt allow me foe job or studies they spoil my career and he didnt gave money for my needs also.from 2 months i take money from parents for my needs.still i want to live with him without any torture.can i apply for conjugal rights?how much time it take to grant .can i eligible for apply conjugal rights after case and he also give divorce notice.
