What a question. earlier before 1956 a Hindu can marry as many girls he want but after 1956 a Hindu can marry only with one girl. This is is law you can't marry in the existence of your spouse and without divorce. If you can convert and become Muslim you can marry four girls but with a Muslim she should also be ready to be converted

legally you can not perform second marriage without getting divorce from your previous wife if you do same she can file complaint under section 494 IPC against you, otherwise you can file divorce petition against her if she is not ready to get divorce through mutual consent. you are not entitled perform second marriage by changing your religion.

Dear questioner, let me convey you one thing of course a muslim can marry 2/3 times.but the girl whom you want to marry must be muslim or must convert to islam. the moment you convert to another religion it will be automatic ground for divorce for your wife. now understand this thing if she divorces you,you are a free bird and if not she will remain your wife asnd you have to provide maintenance to her and children (if any). therefore before taking any step, ensure your each move and status. you can call me for further information.
