Can friends be accepted as a legal witness to Arya Samaj wedding

Hello, I am a 29yrs woman. The guy I want to marry is from a different community. My family members are strictly against our marriage. Hence we decided to go for Arya Samaj Wedding Procedure. But my family members will never agree to witness the marriage from my side. In that case, can any of my friends will be accepted legally to witness the marriage on my part?
yes your friends can sign as witness and if both of you are hindus you can marry under hindu marriage act and it is an easier process to marry. There will be no issues also, you must mandatorily take pictures and make videos of the marriage that will be held in front of the sacred fire and/or temple.
