Can dowry case be filed against husband for selling wife's jewellery?

Husband Sold Wife Jewelry And Some House Hold can she climb in seethan return in the dowry case. The money sepeded during wedding considered or not. Plz waiting for your valuable answer. Thanks in advance.

If the husband has sold the stridhan property without the consent of the wife, then the Wife would have a cause of action to make necessary prayers in that regard.She can definitely claim that the stolen property or the value thereof has to be returned.
