Can divorced man marry a girl without telling her he is divorced

If a divorced man marry a girl without telling her that he was divorced previously and after marriage the girl came to know that her husband was divorced earlier than according to indian law what actions can be taken against that man?
Dear client there are certain grounds that the girl shall applyif it is doscovered within 1 year of marriage she can go for null and void of the marroage under sec 12 of hindu marriage act after and the other option is she can go for divorce also

You can take divorce under cruelty against that person and ask for maintenance.
Moreover it's a criminal breach of trust and levy section 406 IPC against the said person.
