Can a wife file case against the husband if he cheats on her

If secound wife is cheated by husband ,what are the rights are there to put a case on husband
According to Hindu marriage act 1955 in legally there should be one wife. A man who first married and the second marriage i illegal but still the second wife is also can have right to get her priorities from her husband, in order to move it forward please file a cheating complaint/ FIR in any near PS and hold a copy of it, you should be having a valid proof that as a second wife to your husband.

You can file a case under Sec.418 IPC for cheating you, as he is bound under the law to protect your interest. Other rights and obligations can be dealt under your personal religious law before the family court
