Can a widow through will give all her property to one child?

Can a widow through her will write the property in one child's name, though she has more children. The property was her husband's who did not leave any will. Religion.. Hindu
Before executing any will we need to verify the property is ancestral property or property acquired by you husband. If the property is acquired by you Husband then you can execute will in favour of your one of your child.
