Can a mother's daughter marry with mother's father's brother's son? If not, then what the solution as per act ? Religion hindu.

There are more then 20000 internal cast in the hindu in all the rituals are diffrent and in no of cast the marriage is permitted to uncle daughters or in near relatives.
