Can a lady file case under s.498a twice against husband

My wife filed 498a case against me and my family in 2014 and case going on for one year .In 2015 she compromise with me and came back to my home from court permission and case get dismissed Now she started threatening me and my family that she will again file 498a and dv case against me Can she do this or can i file divorce case ?
Yes u can file divorce petition on the ground of crulty stating all facts. There is no hurdle of her earlier complaint under Section 498 A. This act on her amount to cruelty. It would b better if some more facts to disclose.

Yes she can file against you the case under section 498a and domestic violence case .....also she can file a divorce petition against you in the respective court where the jurisdiction lies.....

Well in compromise matter it depend on the decree of your case that on what grounds both of you compromised or she agree to resettle. And most important thing she can file again 498 against you but if the case is already file and running in such case you can file for exparte divorce against her but the time period of your matrimony must be one year.
