Even after marriage you can take the benefit of reservation and you can apply for all government exams under the ST quota. While dealing with reservation issue, the court adjudicates on such matters where children are born of couples belonging to different communities in a way that how the child has been raised comes into question. So your may not have the benefit of ST quota. However as far as you personally are concerned, you will have this advantage lifelong.

Hello Madam, Caste is determined by birth and it will not change with marriage. Since you were ST by birth you'll be same till your last breath. Since your husband is a BC your children will be BC. But your caste wouldn't change.
