Can a divorce case be filed if a DV case is pending

My wife has filed fake dv case against me demanding money and interest in property. She is staying in my parents house wherein she is not allowing me to stay from last 1 yr. She is not allowing me to meet my 2 yrs old daughter. I am staying with my parents at other place.She is working in school as a teacher and I am working in pvt co. Can I able to file Divorce case if dv case is ongoing in district court?
Yes, you can file Divorce case if DV case is ongoing.
As you said, in DV case your wife also claimed interest in property and furthermore you said she stays in your parental house and your parents stays with you at other place. I would like to suggest you take strong action against her on this ground. Why your parents are out of their own house?? She doesn't have any right to disallow you to enter there.
