Can a daughter claim full share in father's property

Can a daughter under hindu law claim herself to be the sole owner of her father's property, after her father's death. Here the point is that father did'nt made any will and there is one illegitimate son of his too.

Dear friend as per your question and according to hindu succession amendment act 2005 section 6 daughter claim only her share. Because all legal hairs have rights same in property according to hindu succession amendment act schedule 1 st
