Hello, Is the state where the cases been filed the one as yours? If the state is the same, you can file a petition in the high court for transferring the cases to your home town. If the state is different, then you need to file transfer case in supreme court and get the cases transferred. It may take around 3-4 months time to get the cases transferred. Feel free to contact me for any assistance.

HI, you can transfer your case by way of approaching high court by filing transfer petition in high court. generally it will not take more time and usually high court will transfer the case where wife generally lives.
