Can a boy get married at the age of 20

Sir my brother age is 20 years now our family want that we will marry him in December that time he will also be below 21 years and the girl age is 24 years.and the court marriage is necessary for them due to some past reason.the family members and realatives of boy and girl are also ready means they have no problem. But court marriage is necessary after that they will marry in front of holy fire also.can the marriage of them is possible or not
The legal age of marriage for boy is 21 and girl is 18. If this criteria is not fulfilled then marriage is void... You need to wait till your brother completes 21 .
No court or any authority can register the marriage.

Its is compulsory age for boy is 21 and for girl is 18 for marraige .
You will marraige as per hindu law or in court marrarige both will consider. But after marraige you should register marraige as per state govt.

The law prescribes the legal age ob boy to be 21 and of girl to be 18. so like in case of your brother legally he cannot marry.
court marriage is not possible as no court would violate the law.
so you advice your brother and family to wait till he is 21.

As per my opinion, they can marry as the age of marriage is a kind of advisory in nature and not binding upon the individuals marrying. However, none of them must be below the age of 18 years and their consent must not have been obtained by fraud or coercion.
