Brother's wife left home without any problem

My brother's wife has left home due to a small issue (brother did not allow the new cycle which her father has got, because of self esteem). She does not have any self esteem and has disrespect towards the family. Always has dis satisfaction and disrespect with the family because of small ups and downs at home. She is been loved by my brother and by his family, always. She does not know the value of it. She has lived in hostel all these years and lived like in hostel here at my brother's family also. Never involved in good thoughts infavour of the home. How to handle the situation?

Try to go and also talk with elders and bring her back, if it does not work then issue a legal notice to come and join to lead married life, if she does not return then file a case for restitution of conjugal rights in court.
